We are Sephardic. I have a lot of medical issues, yet none are life threatening, b”H and I am fasting. I do suffer from migraines. I want to know if a pill which dissolves in the mouth (no water required) would be ok to take since I have an awful migraine (even though I gave up caffeine a week ago). Thanks in advance.
