Teshuva for Stealing

Erev tov Rav,

I have a doubt of not doing well a tikun of a Guezel (stealing).

I used to, many years ago, in a company, stole many items in many times. I have sent a letter of apologize (without mentioning my name, I think) plus 100 euros to make sure all the items were paid off plus benefit (that they could have done if those items were sold properly). I have a doubt because I don’t know if either it is correct to do so, and if the money were included in the company sales? What I must do?

In an other company, I have not sold big sales, intentionnaly. They lost around 5000 euros plus benefit of those sales.
What should I do to fix?

Kol touv!
Brakha veHatzlacha!

Answer:

You should compensate for any damages you caused. If possible you should ask for their forgiveness, if this is too difficult you may reimburse them anonymously.
