Does one need a Pruzbul if he is owed salary? i.e. my son worked a summer job and is owed salary. The business owner acknowledged the that he owes him but hasn’t yet paid.

It is a little late to write a pruzbul now! but for future reference a workers salary is not affected by Shmittas Kesafim, and no pruzbul is needed.
