I have a mixer that I only use for Parev cold food. Can I use it to make a cheese cake?

The mixer may be used to make cheese cake. After it is cleaned out well, the mixer may still be used to make foods which are to be considered parve.

If I can use a parev mixer for a cheesecake do I need to use separate bowl and beater?
if it will be done on a regular basis, it is a good idea to have separate bowls and beaters. if it is only once in a while and everything is cold you could use the parve bowl for ceesecake, and clean it out well.
