Do I need to remove the product label off the handle of a knife which is a design element of the knife and is not easily removeable and may damage the handle if I do try to remove it. It is a stick-on label but not stuck on as a price label but rather put on in the factory as an identifier for this company’s products

I presume your question refers to tevilas keilim. If this label is intended to be a permanent part of the handle and not just there for purposes of selling it it would not pose a problem of chatzitza [blockage between water and vessel] for the tevila.
