A ceramic-titanium pan with a stainless steel handle need tevilas kelim? With a bracha or not?
Answer:
If the coating [what the food touches] is ceramic tevilah would be without a bracha. If the coating is titanium or a mixture of titanium, it would require tevila with a bracha as with all metal vessels, where as long as the metal is an integral part of the vessel and touches the food, tevila is required.
