Does one need to have in mind he is before one furfills a mitzvah in thought. If one does how and how often should one have this in mind for a mitzvah that is constant like Yiras Hashem.
Answer:
The mitzvah of Yiras Hashem along with the other “mitzvos temidios” do not require specific kavana before the mitzvah, as with shofar, lulav etc. These mitzvos can not be performed for mundane reasons as their very essence is for the mitzvah of Yiras Hashem etc.
