If I have a house next door to me that belonged to a goy and i am in middle of a law suit with him and the property has a lien on it, comes along a yid and buys this property, knowing that i have the lien on it .Do i need to drop everything now because he is a yid.
Answer: Your law suit is against the gentile, when the Jew purchased the home he understood that it has a lien on it, pending the outcome of the lawsuit. If in fact the property is taken from
