i am divorced and about to get married again. i know it is sephardic custom for a bride to go during the day but if i am a bride that has been previously married, do i still go during the day? or am i obligated to go in the evening?
Answer:
The leniency for a bride to go to the mikvah by day applies to a second marriage as well.

The reason we generally refrain from tevila by day is due to a concern that she will be with her husband before nightfall. For a woman who is not married this is of no concern and hence the leniency.
