Is it permissible to buy take away coffee from a non kosher cafe, and get kosher soy milk which is heated in a keili used for other milk?
Answer:
We are all aware of the leniency of Reb Moshe Feinstein regarding “cholov akum”. There are those (can’t remember offhand) who hold that in regard to kelim one can be lenient. Without getting involved if one doesn’t drink chlov akum one should also be mukpid on kelim as well.
