About 7 months ago I made a kabalah WITHOUT saying “bli neder” and it ended up being a kabalah that I was not able to keep (as of this week). Is there something that can be done about this quandary?

You should stand in front of 3 people (even relatives) and do “hatoras nedorim” like one does on erev Rosh Hashonoh. You only have to tell one of them your neder and the reason why you are unable to keep it.
