Question:
There are times when a person can not pray with proper kavana. Can he pray the HAVINANU pray with the first 3 blessings, and last 3 blessings? Are there any restrictions? How is it done? Can it be done in the winter as well? This is only when can’t pray properly.
Answer:
Even the Shulchan Aruch does pasken that Havinanu can be said (in summer not in winter) the standard practice now days is not to say Havinenu. If the circumstances are extenuating one can say it.
