Question:
An 8 months pregnant woman finds herself lost in the desert with temperature of 120deg(or more), she has no water and nothing to eat.
It is now Sunday morning.
What are the most POWERFUL prayers she can pray so she can find favor in Hashem to give her a miracle. NOW, not in 40 days…. She needs a miracle NOW or she will die and her unborn child will also die.

Hagar and her son were in a similar situation and Hashem listened to the prayer of Yishmoel. Perhaps we can find out what he said! I just spoke to the Rosh Yeshivah of Slabodke HaGaon Reb Moishe Hillel Hirsh and he said she should say some type of thanksgiving prayer to HaShem for giving her such a wonderful life.

The Torah does not provide such prayer that Hagar did.
