Okay thanks. I read as long as I did not think of the kol nidre stipulation at the time of saying the vow I should be safe. There is apparently a minority, stringent view that one should not think of the stipulation but then recall it immediately as soon as the vow was said but since everywhere else I read does not mention this, only to not remember the Kol Nidre declaration at all, I should be okay.
