We have a parev Teflon pot which ended up being hand washed with all our other milchig plates, pots, cutlery etc
Can the pot still be parev or is it now milchig?

If the pot was hand washed I assume the water was not too hot (less than 45 degrees Celsius) so therefore the pot remains parve. Even if the water was warmer there is room to be lenient because detergent was used etc.
