I think the question was asking if they should skip krias hatorah in that case and perhaps go straight to S”E. (If they do krias hatorah, by the time they reach S”E, perhaps it will already be too late to daven S”E, according to some opinions.) (I was not the person who asked the question, but it seems to me that this is what it was asking.) Could the rav please clarify his response?
Answer:
In my humble opinion I would say more important to daven bezman. Some Poskim write that even tefillah bezibur takes precedence over kriyas hatorah.
