I am 19 weeks pregnant. I had tiny pieces of toenail poking into my skin so I trimmed them out. I could not find one of the trimmings on the floor. I swept as well as I could but I am nervous of the remote possibility I stepped on it as I has to walk around before I got to the broom. I do believe I felt the baby move the next day so does that mean I am in the clear?
