mashiv haruach

Question:

A person said the 2nd bracha of S”E with mashiv haruach… up to (but not including) the chasima of the bracha (Baruch ata H’). Then he went back to the beginning of the bracha and repeated it (due to lack of kavana), but this time forgot to mention mashiv haruach. [Strictly speaking, it is permitted to repeat words in davening due to lack of kavana.] He concluded the bracha and went on with his prayer. Is he yotzi?

Answer:

Since he said mashiv haruach he can continue. A person is permitted to repeat words  in davening due to lack of kavana. We find that only “Shema” should not say twice because contradicts monotheism.
