Question:
I will be staying in a hotel for Shabbos, check out on Shabbos day is at 4:00 PM. Are we allowed to check out and not to do anything that has to do with paying but to take our bags and bring them to the lobby to hold and we will wait until after Shabbos and check out monetarily then.

You should tell the desk before Shabbos that you are checking out tomorrow and want to stay in the lobby for a while. Then you can have your bags taken to the lobby on Shabbos by the bell boy and wait until after Shabbos to check out monetarily.
