May I use leftover water in a cup to wash or must it be empty before i fill for washing?
Answer:
Yes you may use the leftover water to wash your hands and the water is not “tomay” (unclean), however the leftover water that was poured over someone's hands may not be used for someone else to wash. That water is considered to have been already used for work, and unclean.
