What would be the bracha for was a sourdough crackers for an Ashkenazi person? My wife is Sephardi and her minhag is mazonot. I would like to be sure.

The bracha would be mezonos. The reason is because these crackers have a shape and size that show that they are only used as a snack and they aren’t meant to eat them as a meal, therefore they are like pas haba b’kisnin. If you plan on eating a lot of them, then the bracha would be Hamotzei.
