I have just started work at a Jewish College, Which has a new kitchen – and an induction hob, the new pans have been used before being toivaled can I toival them now and continue to use them. There have been only strictly kosher products placed on them.

Even if the pans were already used you may, and should toivel them. Just make sure they are clean when they are toiveled.
