If after attending an early Shachris Minyan (and finished Davening), I attend a second/later Shachris Minyan, would/should I answer Amen to Ga'al Yisroel and/or announce Ya'Alei V'Yavo, Al HaNissim, etc...?
Answer:
The reason we don't answer amen to ga'al yisroel is because we are not allowed to talk out between saying gaal yisroel and starting shemona esrei. Since you are not davening now, you should answer amen, and may also announce ya'aleh v'yavo etc.
