Question:
My mikvah is very far away and I had immediate need to use a new cast iron pan, so I sold it to my gentile neighbor. I had opportunity to visit the mikvah yesterday and brought the pan with me to tovel. However, I realized that I'd forgotten to buy back the pan before I toveled it. I have since bought the pan back from the neighbor. Do I need to re-tovel it, or can I use it?
Thanks, chag sameach
Answer:
You need to toivel it again after it was bought back from the gentile.:
