A dermaroller is a small roller w small needles rolled on the face and neck it wounds the skin causing it to produce collegan which smoothes out wrinkles it is widely used today with very good results
Answer:
It is permitted even though it wounds the skin temporarily. The reason it is permitted is because it isn’t considered wounding, and chavalah, since it is being done to repair the skin.
