Shalom,the question is: I own to my friend couple of hundreds of dollars and now he going to Russia where I have apartment ,and he asked me to stay in this apartment .do i allowed him to stay ,or it is going to be in a ribit? What if I charge him some money if it’s going to be a better situation.

You are very correct it will be ribis. If he gives you what can be considered the going rate for the apartment that would correct the situation. If you give him a reduction in the rent it is still considered because of the loan and not allowed
