can I carry the paper of directions without an eruv if I safety pin it to my clothing?
Answer:
Safety pinning the directions on to your clothing is not really going to help us here because it does not become a part of your clothing, and therefore you are still carrying it outside. It diminishes the severity of the issur somewhat because it isn't the normal way of carrying things, but it will still not be permitted.
