may a store sell a clothing item for 25% over the manufacturers MSRP(suggested retail price)?
Answer:
Under normal circumstances they may not charge so much because everyone else is charging 16% less. However if there are other stores that charge such a price, i.e. the store is in a resort and this is the price that stores in a resort charge then it would be permitted.
