Am I allowed to call someone when I need a favor from them when it’s a time that they might be sleeping and I don’t know if they put their phone on silent?(It’s a time that usually people are up, but I don’t know for a fact if this person is up)
Answer:
This is something that you have to use your judgment. If you have reason to suspect that they may be sleeping, then you should wait until tomorrow to call them. Besides for the issue of not waking another person up, from a practical angle you will not want to do it, because it will get the upset and they may not want to do you the favor.
