If the tenant is deliberately holding back rent- after a dayan said he must pay- can the landlord throw him out?
Answer:
From a halachic standpoint, if the tenant doesn’t pay his rent, he has no right to stay in your property and you may throw him out. However it has to be done in a legal way because of dina d’malchusa.
