By the time I finish work it’s already time for lighting the Chanuka candles.Would it be a problem if I clean and vacuum my office building after work as I usually do every day, and then go home after that and light? It’s possible for me to leave the cleaning for the morning, but that will be very inconvenient. Halachically is it better if I do that?

You can consider this to be part of your workday, and part of the ones of lighting later, and light candles after you finish cleaning.
