By mistake, an unclean milchig towel that was used to wipe milk residue was used to pull out a hot pareve tray from a pareve oven. What is the status of the oven? still pareve or not?
Answer:
The oven is still pareve. the reason is because we can assume that the towel was dry when you took touched it to the oven, and even if it wasn’t dry it is doubtful that exact spot that indeed had milk on it was what touched the oven. Although obviously this should not be done in the future,but still, your oven is still pareve.
