I, a male, have unfortunately gotten into the habit of mindlessly and sometimes compulsively pulling out my facial hair with my fingers. I don't do this on Shabbos b'H.
Are there any issurim/issues involved with this practice?

Answer:
If you don't pull them out on shabbos, then there would be only one other issue- lo tilbash- the issur for a man to beautify himself in a womanly fashion. We cannot pull out any white hairs in order to look younger as women do. Other than that I don't know of any halachic issues involved with this.
