Question:
My mother died last Purim morning. We were planning on getting a minyan together to say kaddish on Purim morning. Is this allowed because it is Purim day? If not, when can we go to the kever to say kaddish.
Answer:
There is no need to get a minyan together to say the kaddish, you can say kaddish in shul, where there is a minyan. Regarding going to the kever, you shouldn’t go on urim itself, however you can go on the before Purim to say the kaddish then.
