With the severe prohibition of Mishkav Zachar, why didn’t Chazal institute a concept of Yichud between men, similar to the prohibition of Yichud between man and a woman?
Answer:
Since it is not a natural taavah, and it isn’t that common therefore they didn’t institute a gezeira against such ychud.

shulchan aruch even haezer 24, see the gaon there that there was a heter when there is no chashash
but when there is, there is yichud
all the achronim there agree there is an issur to sleep in the same bed
