Question:
A next door neighbor recently installed a high power LED security light on the side of his house which is side by side with my house. The light shines into my family room house window and I have asked the neighbor to please do something about it like install a cover to direct the light down. He keeps ignoring my requests and tells me to close my shades. I do have shades but the LED light glares through anyway. Is there anything that I can do about it in halacha?
