Question:
Hi,
I’m interested in the details for after pesach when someone sells chametz through your site. I’ve learned that there are two possibilities:
1. The seller needs to visit the goy again to “buy” the chametz back or agree to terminate the contract.
2. There is no need to visit the goy again since the contact had a timeout clause and once it’s expired, the chametz belongs to the original owner again (but not retroactively, obviously).
Which path do you take?
Regards,
Answer:
Answer from Horav Y. Flleishman shlit”a,
