Can I serve kosher chicken and kosher beef together for Passover? Someone told a friend poultry and beef cannot be served together. I told my friend that is incorrect. Was I right to tell her you can serve both together?

You were correct, I would have done the same thing. I see no problem with serving the two together, and it is commonly done.

There is a minhag among some (myself included) not to serve meat and poultry together. I don’t know the reason. But there’s no halacha saying you can’t.
