Question:
I have been going to the kosel twice a year on Pesach and Sukkos for a number of years as I read that this is a remembrance to aliyah regal and is a good practice to do. I did not have anything in mind when I started this practice and did not say bl neder. If this year, I will not be able to make it to the kosel on Pesach would I need to be matir neder?

You don't have to be matir neder.
