attending non-jewish funeral

Question:

Can I attend a non-Jewish funeral in a non-Jewish cemetery for a non-Jewish relative? I do not know yet if there will be a priest on site, but it’s a funeral in the cemetery not in the church. Thank you

Answer:

You are allowed to attend the funeral of a gentile even though it is not in a Jewish cemetery, for a non-Jewish relative. This is under the assumption that you are not a kohen.
