Answer:
If it was included in the sale, and the sale was done correctly, the halacha is, that it is permitted for you to use after pesach. There are people that don’t sell actual chometz, because they feel that the sale may not be serious, and taken as a mere procedure, without really meaning to sell it to the gentile. However if you did sell it, and you are not careful about this, you may eat them.
