Question:
When going to a restaurant for dinner how many couples can accompany me and my husband. I am in shloshim for my brother
Answer:
It isn’t a question of numbers, rather if it is considered a regular meal, then even though I is in a restaurant it is permitted. Therefore one’s children may come along and it is fine. However people that are not regularly at a family meal, such as friends would not be permitted, since then it would be considered a seudas m’reyus.
