Could I use pots by Swiss Diamond Co. It has the Swiss Flag symbol on the underside of the pan as well as on the handle?

It isn’t clear to me what halachic issue you are referring to, but if your question is because the symbol looks like a cross, it is npot a halachoc problem. You are allowed to use the pan, because the symbol is not meant to be a symbol of avoda zara, but a country symbol. If you don’t like looking at the symbol on the handle you can cover it with tape etc.
