Shabbat blech and non Jewish helper

Can a non Jewish helper in the kitchen disconnect a Shabbat blech and turn an oven off after meal on Friday night?

If this is part of his obligations, and he decides on his own to do it on Friday night instead of after shabbos, that is fine, since he is doing it for his own convenience. However he should not be told to do it.
