If the mug is clean and doesn’t have any milk in it, yes you can. However it is a good idea to clean your mouth so that you don’t get grease etc. on the milchig mug. This is because there will not be any absorbed taste imparted from you to the mug, so you will not be making the mug fleishig, but you should just make sure that you don’t rub any fleishig onto it.
