Parve soup prepared on meat equipment, reheated by mistake in a dairy pot

Question:

I purchased a cooker parve, vegetable soup from a takeout place, container said parve- prepared with meat equipment. I mistakenly heated the soup in a dairy pot. What is the status of the soup and the pot?

Answer:

Both the soup and the pot are still kosher. The reason is because although the soup was cooked in a meaty pot, however the meaty taste was nat bar nat of heter, (a taste that was absorbed from than once), by the time it was put into the milky pot. Aside from this we can assume that the pot was not a ben yomo.
