Answer:
While it is not possible to give practical advice on a personal level because I don't know you or your situation. However if it is alright with you, and you are comfortable with the situation of having a step daughter, I don't see a problem with marrying a woman just because she has a daughter. ( It would be advisable though to see that you get along with the daughter also). There could be a yichud issue, that you might have to be careful with since she is not your daughter.
