Is the written tosefet ketuva amount that is written in the ketuva debatable? Meaning that the tosefet ketuva was specified in US dollars & not the currency where the husband comes from & where they live. Can the husband claim he understood the ketuva was in the currency where he comes from & not USD?

It is discussed in Choshen Mishpat 42,14
If they wrote US dollars he can’t have any claim. Only if didn’t write which currency is being used is there an issue
A person can’t he didn’t understand something which is clearly written like US dollars
