What should one do if their Tallis or another article of clothing falls on in reshus harabim on Shabbos?
Answer:
If something falls off while someone is in reshus horabim, he may simply pick it up and put it back on. He should be careful though, not to walk while he is putting it on, because that would be carrying. A person is not a reshus hayachid, therefore there is no issue that he might be transferring something from on reshus to another.
