We are almost finished writing Sefer Yeshayah on klaf for Shabbos Haftorah use . Is there any concept of making a Seduah once its completed. If not , would you make one if we end up writing all sifrei nevium?
Answer:
I haven't heard of making a seuda, but a some places make a kiddush on shabbos to celebrate the new nach. It isn't an obligation, but an option thing.
